The Ultimate Key in Training

Whether you do it at the crack of dawn or the last thing you do, exercise must be a part of your daily routine. In this initial entry on fitness, I’d like to emphasize one word: TIME. Time is the most important thing in life. We all have 24 hours in a day, yet we all manage it differently. Everything is not equally important and only YOU can prioritize your life.

What does this mean? It means saying NO to things that are not as important to you now so that later in life you can say yes.

Time management is a struggle that we all deal with, but just like how you make time for social media, you can make time for physical activity. Making exercise part of your daily routine like waking up and brushing your teeth, taking a shower, eating, working, and sleeping will create a structure in your life that will eventually become a habit.

The basic training I've shown above can range anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes of your day. As we all know, that is not asking for much but it is up to you to prioritize and make this part of your life.

As we get deeper and deeper into the Fitness section of this Blog I will go into more  detail and discuss workout routines, machines, cardio, and more doable and motivating material.

Stay tuned!
